Enrich Institute offers exciting internship and volunteer program for qualified national and international applicants who want to contribute to Cambodia's society and at the same gain valuable working experience in sustainable development project and research.
Early Career Research Internship Program
Early Career Research Internship program aims to develop and foster critical thinking and evidence-based analysis by young researchers under the age of 30. Over the course of one year, young Researchers will participate in three main components of the program: (1) research training; (2) research practice and (3) Individual mentorship to support their research projects and professional development. Selected participants are required to fully participate in all components of the program and to complete their research project within one year.
At the conclusion of the program, participants will have acquired solid research and critical analysis skills that will enable them to carry out future research in their field of interest. In addition, through ongoing training and independent work, participants are expected to understand and to grow in their ability to develop policy-oriented materials from their research findings, as well as to develop future research proposals for professional and/or academic purposes.

- Recent university graduate under the age of 30
- Strong commitment to complete the program within a year
- Good English proficiency
- Some research background is a plus
